yes, you have to remember, they were on a mission this year to break the bulls' record. now that they've achieve that goal. i doubt they'll try as hard in the regular season. it all comes down to rest days and being injury free. also, the team has to adjust to kd being in the line up. it's probably gonna take several months.

nba is definitely evolving though. it's more whoever shoots better from the 3s wins.

even that game 7, kyrie's 3 was the shot that sealed the deal.

centers dominating the games are obsolete. even in drafts, i remember when 7 footers would get picked first. not anymore.

If he didn't get hurt right before the draft, Embid would have been the pick by Cleveland at 7'+... Minny took towns at 6'11".. Simmons is 6'10".... Anthony bennett was 6'8 garbage... And before that was Anthony Davis at 6'10".

So 4 of the last 5 were 6'10" or taller.

yeah but their games are not typical big man. the guys you mentioned that are playing centers are just taller version of hybrid small/power forwards.

shaq will probably be the last great center in the league.
