Fam SBR had a meet & greet the 1st night at the resort and a super bowl viewing party / dinner. What typically happens is that you'll migrate to the 4 or 5 guys you tend to communicate with here on the site and just run amuck at the resort. As I said before, I was fairly new to the site so didnt know many guys. I wanna say not many of the poker guys made the trip (seems like this bash more are signing up). It's really a great time as you'd be surprised how different people are in person as opposed to how they act online (probably myself included - i'm confident I wont criticize your poker play as much in person as I do online!). The resort is HUGE and with a casino, poker room and sportsbook, plenty of gambling. I'm a big golfer so did bring my clubs and played 3 rounds. Also rented a car as I wanted to explore a bit. SBR goes all out for this so I'd highly recommend going if you can

little bit less at the hard rock resort course but course was just ok and no holes with any ocean views or water......played punta espada which is a Nicklaus course and got on for 110....think regular rates were 275.

My cousin and I will be flying in on Thursday arriving early afternoon. We'll be renting a SUV and we plan on golfing a couple of days and visiting one of the cigar factories on Friday if anyone wants to play golf with us or hitch a ride to the cigar factory.

We are going to fly in on Thursday. There's a direct from Dulles that leaves at 8:45 and arrives 1:30 I think. I would prefer to fly out of Reagan or BWI but right now they don't show any direct flights.

We would leave 5pm on Monday to come back.
