Don't give into the fab. Have you ever seen a common fit vegan... You can name a few athletes who are, but they can afford those rich supplements to replace meat as protein. I rarely see a fit vegan. I am just saying.

The Best Diet is to eat right while working out on a routine. You can just walk 1-2 miles a day and its sufficient if you eat right. Balance is key.

Going Vegan at 50 years of age or older will give you a clean bill of health for decades to come.. I'm a believer...

I fully support the Vegan diet past 50.... I'm a meat eater and need my protein and not 50 years old yet.. Will go Vegan at some point for sure... Raw veggies for life!!! Prepare to fart alot though...

In addition to that - If you can eat a hand full of raw Spinach, one raw garlic clove in the morning, and an Apple with the skin on and hand full of blue berries everyday that is even going a step further for longevity..

I know these things.. I've studied nutrition and diet for years...
