hey any updates on this would it be possible to use a computer located in the state either Nevada or Jersey and access that computer remotely from another laptop would that possibly work?

Yes I did it a few years ago when I lived there. I had a tablet setup on the wifi at the condo and would remote into that tablet and use the apps to place bets.
