realbet.eu not paying

It's been about two months now since I withdrew money from realbet.eu I have my first payout for $2500 and a second payout for $1950 and they keep telling me the same thing for the past two months. That we never miss a payment and we are going through delays. I want my money. Anyone else having issues?
