Has anyone ever received one of these? 👎👎 how the hell do I activate it? Called customer service number have waited 5 hours no call back go to there web page and it says activate card yet after that all there is is a e mail sign in and password yet I have never created a account and there is no where on there web page to create a account wtf? Anyone ever used one of these I'm using it for a payout
