    Was at game. Sick that it was that close. Cubs pitchers combined for 2 hitter. Had Russell not flubbed first ball of game it could have been 4-0 final very easy

          He is impressive. I keep waiting for it to cool off but think he went 3-4 and is batting over 400 right now. I get that it's very small sample size but to hit mlb pitching that well this early is awesome. Did have a couple of fielding problems when they moved him to first but have to think he won't play a ton of first and has to be hard to be playing so many positions. Fun kid to watch.

              Not exactly true. Teams get hot and teams slump, Cubs aren't immune. I'd avoid trying to pick the bottom. But it's true that a losing stretch within the 162 doesn't mean much.
