How can you be pulled if you never threw a pitch. Who ever threw the first pitch should be considered the starter. I'm guessing official MLB records give the impression Sampson got pulled.

This will be a good chance to see which books are truly reputable and which ones are shady. I didn't bet this game but it's quickly become the biggest game of the day now just to see how everyone's bets get graded. This seems really clear to me based on logic that if you had Sampson listed then the bet should be canceled since he never threw an official pitch to a batter. The fact that he warmed up is irrelevant since he never threw a pitch to a batter. Post up if any shady stuff goes down.
