I'm not so sure. Casino companies all have the IRS and other federal agencies breathing down their necks over anti-money laundering and other FIN-cen bullshit. They don't want to give off the appearance that they are pro-pot and add to headaches. Until it gets federal green light, the big corps will shun it.

I hope it passes and gets enacted quickly as I will clean up with my current and future locations.

Just read in paper that if rec bill passes in Nov it will go into effect Jan 1 2017. Looks like governor Sandoval is against measure and could veto vote.
