Totals and Run Lines are automatic refunds if there is a pitching change.

Money Line is a refund if you bet Listed. If you bet Action, you keep the bet but at the new price.

well for my sportsbook, its any pick.. the listed starting pitchers have to start the game in order for the ticket to be in action.
