im not sure on copa rules specifically but i would almost guarantee you there is extra time yes... 2 15 minutes halves after the original 90 minutes are up. it's how most tournaments go.

Games that are tied after 90 minutes in the knockout round will bypass overtime and go directly to penalty kicks as a tiebreaker -- except in the tournament final.
