Who's more likely to win? MadBum and the Giants going against Matt Garza and the Brewers or Argentina against Bolivia in Copa America?

The Giants just aren't hitting the ball enough to be a better bet than Argentina. Bolivia can only beat them when they play in La Paz which is at like 14,000 feet or something ridiculous like that.
