What is the minute delay with SBR Odds?

SBR Odds showed Bookmaker and DSI both with

South Carolina +5.5
Vanderbilt -5.5

But when I logged into my accts...

Odds were

South Carolina +4.5
Vanderbilt -4.5

SBR odds hasn't moved in like 12 minutes. But the books line has...
