free throw shooting in the NBA. whats your theory?

I think the main reason some of NBA players cant shoot free throws is because they spend to much time coming up with elaborate handshake routines. whats your theory?

If you can't hit 5 out of 10 free throws, You shouldn't be allowed to play in the NBA.
