Las Vegas police are on the hunt for a criminal mastermind they're calling "The Penny Pincher"

For two months local casinos have been menaced by a bandit who fools elderly patrons with the "What's that!" routine before grabbing a handful of pennies and making his escape. Horse shit on his worn shoes has lead police to a small ranch in Texas where he is believed to have started a failed sports betting syndicate before he skipped town owing hundreds of ranchhands their weekly wages. The suspect is described as a non intimidating bald fuk african american. LVPD has released this casino security footage to put the heat on this crook.
