So makes it so frustrating is that we have the best league in the world , and possibly have had some good teams (euro 96 and wc98) but we just seem to bottle it or lose at penalties

fk is you talking about son? the only player ''missing'' is benz, griezmann , payet , martial is a deadly as hell front three. and they have a rock solid (arguably the best midfield and defense on paper)

as for who to win it? i see germany or france making it to the end, and belgium will most likely get fourth or something like that, a bit lacking in attack and pretty weak defense.

italy is missing alot of players, and spain is a mess aswell.

Portugal at +1800 is decent value. Ronaldo (is he healthy?) makes them a threat every game, but outside of 4 or 5 players, their roster is not great.
