A buddy of mine told me he was in Vegas a long time ago.... this is back when Rocket Ismail was on Notre Dame as a kickoff returner.

Well... he said he was in a sportsbook in Vegas... this Asian guy had around 20k on Notre Dame to cover the line. There was under 5 minutes to go in the game... other team was kicking off to the Rocket. He ran it back for a TD. The Asian guy was going ape sh#$ in the sportsbook... absolutely going nuts for about 15 seconds... high five'n everyone. The most UNBELIEVABLE LATE FLAG was thrown on the play. (I don't even remember this game because I was really young and wasn't even gambling yet... story told by a buddy of mine.) The Asian guy stopped instantly... looked at the screen.... apparently saying... No..... No..... No.... in his language. No..... No..... No...... and he went right to the floor absolutely stunned.... just total dismay. They had to call an ambulance.... guy wasn't moving when he went to the ground.

After the late flag.... it was holding on the return team. Notre Dame just ran out the clock. Didn't cover the line.
