Embiid is the real wildcard here. The guy is built like Shaq but has tremendous shooting touch. Having Simmons feed this big guy down low all day changes the makeup of this team. Brown may make into a point forward where he handles the ball most of the time. It's a lock they take Simmons since Brown coached his father in Australia and has known this kid since he was a toddler. They need one free agent SG and PG to make this team legit.

Embiid is closer to Oden than Shaq. Kid will be a bust if he ever gets on court again.

Yeah Simmons is the guy. Ingram is nice, but not a game changer like Simmons. Simmons skill set is pretty similar to LeBron's when LeBron first came into the league. Ingram might be the safer pick, but I don't see all the upside with him. The #2 pick this year will be one of the easiest picks in NBA draft history. All these years of sucking are finally paying off, still probably a year or two away from playoffs, but who knows, the East sucks.

Obviously Simmons is very thirsty to be drafted to the lakers and we see he is a diva... Is it possible he denies workouts with 6ers and tries to angle lakers to draft him?? Does it matter?
