Stories like this never end well. Sharps and winning bettors aren't dumb enough to make huge ML bets. Think of how much quicker you would've made it to 25k by betting the spread

Yep, you're right that's how you get burned. There are spots where it's a good bet though like if the cavs were down 0-2 but the spot where I did it wasn't a good call.<br>
