Simmons more athletic than Randle and Randle can't guard the wing. Simmons would the 'better' choice at SF between the two, but he really isn't a SF. i just see problems with Randle and Simmons trying to play together. Ingram more ideal fit with Randle.

if simmons is what they say he is, he can play with anyone. he might be too unselfish if you ask me. but i'm willing to bet both of those guys are praying to be a laker right now.

he can't shoot and that's a major problem. he's more of a point-forward PF and needs to stay parked there unless he develops at least a mid-range game.

it's not even that i like Randle all that much, but with respect to constructing a roster and being realistic with FA moves, Ingram would be the better fit. i'll take the much better shooter and better defender with length over the guy with better handles and boards.
