well i left $500 for poker and got great starting hands that never connected hand after hand. i almost dipped into the original cashout amount. argh... not touching it though. i almost fell into their trap.

shame they are such shady characters because they actually have some decent poker tournaments compared to the other sites available to us in the states

yeah my withdrawals still in my account also. usually they approve it within hours. these aholes are just letting it sit there. why? my only guess is so that you'll lose it somehow. we shouldn't get bitcoin price at 3 to 4 days later.

Far from an expert, but I understand it enough. This could just be a procedural issue since it's something fairly new to them. I do wish they would take the funds out of your available balance once you request a withdrawal...I don't doubt they hope people will say F it and head to the casino for some cherry master slots

Wow 4.5 days for bitcoin payout. I did one at nitrogen other day at 3 in the morning and hat it hit my wallet at 3:04. Bovada has some issues. They even do the same thing with "rapid transfer" Pathetic.

You ain't kidding about that. I used to use Bodog a few years back when I first started gambling, before I found this site and the better books and they bounced 2 checks on me back to back. I had to wait like 90 days to finally get paid and it was only for about $900. I'll never use them again. I don't care if they have the best poker for Americans or good dog lines. It's not worth the hassle, the waiting, the bad customer service, the errors on their end etc. Unless they ever figure out BTC and get legit with it like Nitrogen, Heritage etc. are. I'll never even consider using Bodog/Bovada again. If you spend time reading through threads on this site the majority of complaints are against that book. They don't care about their customers cause if they did they would've fixed all the errors and complaints by now.

That's really shady and unprofessional. They should've at least given you a quote when you initiated the payout and honored that. Why should the player be subject to volatility in currency due to it taking them so long to complete a transaction? Other books get it right, why can't they? Mickey Mouse book.

I don't think you guys have thought this through if you actually want to be given a btc price at the moment you request a withdraw rather than given the correct price to receive all your money at the moment of payment.

There would be waves of complaints from players if Bovada tried to operate the way being suggested.

payout was 4 figures so they shorted me at least $20
