Is there a way to have internet everywhere you go (in car, etc)?

Kind of like a cell phone in which you can use it anywhere, I bought the Samsung Google Chrome 3---2016......best purchase I ever made. If I'm in my car, I have no internet( like chilling in my van and wanting to go on the net without using my phone). I know that I don't know shit about this but you guys are the best. I found a great free movie site..


Is there a monthly or daily plan. I don't want to have to rely on what has wifi near me. thanks. Any help is appreciated.
