FWIW i had an issue with them in the past, and received an email and a call to my home promptly from a manager to rectify the issue and was told to email or call him directly with any future concerns. I am not a big player in any sense, but they treated me like one i felt.

Good Book imo, easy deposit and withdraw's, live betting, busy poker room, futures, and a goofy casino if you like that crap. You got the days mixed up obviously, but if you have an issue ask for a manager and they will make it right i am sure.
