Reds pitcher is a minor league guy who has been COMPLETE garbage in spring training. I'm taking the Over 8, Phillies +122, and Phillies Over 4. Gl all.

Strange. I'm just going to put a small amount on the Phils -1/2 for the first 5 unless there is any more line movement before the game. Phillips has had Mortons number when they face off but since he is not in the lineup I like the Phils here until it gets to the later innings.
