Nova used to be perennial chokers, that's why they were overlooked. However, this season they played different style of game with lots of efficiency.

They were #1 a good chunk of the season.

idk abut lucky, Paige has made too many of those to call it lucky. Some shooters just get it done no matter what. Happy with outcome though.

can anyone tell me what the fukk UNC was doing on that last possession? They didnt cover jenkins from the inbounds pass... He was wide open the whole time and got a wide open look to win.. Mind boggling

I couldn't figure that out either. No pressure on the inbound pass. No pressure in the back court. Don't you do that with less than 5 seconds left so that time runs off the clock so there's not as much time left to shoot?

It wasn't an impossible shot because when you play ball you practice and make those types of shots all the time screwing around but it was definitely an improbable shot.

Im still baffled by what i just saw.. I dont see anyone else talking about this either.. I dont get it.. They flat out didnt cover him. They had 3 inside the 3 pt line and 1 on each guard. Then left Jenkins wide open.
