    UNC isn't exactly cold though...

Also syracuse has had sizeable comebacks both their last two games.

Not saying this is a bad play, but this is a team that let the other team start to run away their last two.

Odds seem slim they would be able to mount a comeback 3 times in a row if UNC starts to pound em.

I guess the Zags never really ran away.

Good points mo. Cuse has been a slow starter and if a team starts slow vs unc they'll risk getting run out

How can Cuse be "hotter" than a team winning by an average of 15+ per game in the tournament and has won 9 straight? I guess "hot" teams are categorized by come back wins and not dominating them. Tell you one thing, they get down 15 to UNC and it will be good night sweetheart

Looking at their last game against one another, you might be on to something.

UNC had a 13 point lead and 98% win probability with 15 minutes to play in the second.

Cuse smothered them defensively, slowed the game down considerably and pulled within 3 points with ~2:15 left to play.

Ended up losing by 5 but still pretty impressive against a team this good.

Cuse would have had a decent chance to win if they had scored more than 3 points in the first 5 min of the second half.

Of course anything I say has to be taken with a grain of salt as I am biased as a huge Heels fan but the way I see it there is a major difference from the games UNC played against the Cuse earlier in the regular season. I believe this cover comes down to the guards of UNC. In the 2 games prior to this one UNC was aweful from deep allowing Cuse to pack the lane to stop drives and help rebound against the bigs. Carolina won both games shooting a combined 8 of 36 from 3. At no point was any team afraid of leaving guards open. Since tournament season started Carolina has somehow found its groove from 3, Paige looks like the All American he was supposed to be, Berry has been solid, and Jackson has been sensational. We all know UNC will get theirs on the inside but knocking down the open looks the zone will give the Carolina guards will be key. If they hit that stretches the zone and really opens up lanes for the bigs to operate on the glass. Just watching Cuse in the past two games you have seen their troubles scoring with large droughts. That can not happen against Carolina if they are going to try and pull the upset. If the Heels bring their A game like they have since the start of the ACC tournament I have a hard time seeing Cuse staying with them. Roy is going to show them the Virginia collapse all week pounding it home to continue to attack until the final horn sounds. Either way I hope we get the best for both teams in an epic battle. Whatever happens ACC will be represented again in the championship

I really need Syracuse to win this game but I don't think it's gonna be close at all.
The Cuse Zone/transition is great but many teams have tried to beat that zone with good results.
They will need to shoot 75% in order to beat the heels.

And UNC is not hot? They covered ATS in all their games.

No doubt unc is hot too but I'm looking for value here. Catching 9 (the line is 9.5 now ) w a team playing as well as cuse is right now looks like value to me. This is a small play for me right now but if I can get 10 plus I might drop another half unit on it to double up my wager

unc will be up 10-15, then will tighten up as all teams do in these big games with leads, and cuse will come back in the end to cover the 9, but lose by 5-7.. my best guess

They won the first tournament game by 16. They were 23 point favorites. More verbal diarrhea from this moron.

Another half unit on cuse and now +9.5. I think this game will be close throughout
