Virginia Vs Iowa St. total

For example, Virginia faced UNC 2 times. Once in the regular season, that one ended in the low 150s (79-74), then again in the acc tournament, that one ended 118 (61-57). It's a crap shoot, unc plays same style as ISU up and down. Hard to bet the over in a Virginia game when the total is that high as they hold most teams to around 60 points no matter what style they play.

Thanks unde! I see the totals were set, respectively 136.5 and 138.5 in those games. I am sure conf play has a lot to do with that. Just threw me off a bit seeing that total tonight. I will not touch it, just wanted some insight. Thanks.

Ya, I would imagine so they play each other quite often. Just trying to give you a team that plays to the same game speed as ISU.

Another way to look at it - its the lowest total on a Iowa St game this year.

Not much time here so I'll say that less predicitve math guys are seeing closer to 140 or 141 points while sharper lines to tend toward the Under.

I basically have Virginia winning by 6 points, which is about the line, with a Total getting down to 133 or 134 points.

The money seems pretty well split with extra money on what I see as less tickets coming as pressure on the Over. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the sharper Under bettors get one here.
