Do you tip the bank teller when you go to the bank? For real this tipping b.s. has gotten out of hand. They should make it illegal. With that being said I myself am an excellent tipper but do not agree with it. I just don't want to be labeled as the jerkoff who never tips.

Ha girls lie about everything you know this. If she says 2500 it's probably avg more like 500. And if she says she's fukked 5 guys this week it's probably 25.

I own several Pizzerias that deliver, the nicer the house, the less the tip. Usually the people that can't afford to tip well are the ones that tip well. I wouldn't call the people that don't tip broke diks.

The reasoning for that is the richer folks who live in mansions have never had to work for anything in their lives. Their parents were rich and paid for their private college financial degree. Then they got a job making $60K a year starting out thanks to the good school and now make $120K and don't give a single fuuck or understand how the real world works. Other people on the other hand who grew up lower middle class or even in poverty had to work service based jobs in restaurants or other places in high school and college or beyond to pay the bills and survive. They know firsthand what that industry is like and how the real world works.

The reason why you would want to tip on a carryout order is cause some places don't have a set job where one person just does to go orders. I worked at a mom and pop shop in high school where basically everyone had to stop what they were doing and pitch in putting the orders together. The servers or bartender whoever was least busy at the time. Most of the larger, corporate, chain restaurants do have a position where one or two people just put the to go orders together. However if it's a smaller place they might not and time is money in the restaurant industry.

They should just scrap the whole tip system and just pay people a livable wage. Then if you feel the server went above and beyond what was necessary and gave excellent service, you could leave a tip if you want. If not, oh well they make a fair wage already. No other industry is like that where the wages are so low. Treating these people like third world sweat shop employees with no rights. Amerika isn't that great of a place unless you're in the top 1% as Bernie Sanders likes to say.
