Like you've always said coach: Propose a settle. It's a cost of business. Pay him 2 and say bye, both people win - the money wasn't real to begin with and now the bookie knows he's not a reliable player. Just move on. This is given that he didn't win like 5 k before, of course. Bookies are FOS

Make him sweat it for a bit
Bookies these days aren't looking to come break legs, they don't want jail time, a record, and then to lose their sheet while in the pen
So make him think you're gonna stiff the entire balance, then propose 2k or 2.5k as a settlement.
He will feel elated he's getting anything and probably offer you a FP
If he doesn't accept your settlement, take a bat to his melon

Be patient.
We are in the middle of rerun season.
I've heard JJ has some major things brewing for the fresh new fall lineup.

Find another bookie or take out a loan and DOUBLE UP. If you lose, hop on a train to the midwest and hide out for a few years.

I've tried to tell people this is the truth, the facts, whatever you wanna say Kraken, but you ever notice how people on this board are so silly about "stiffing"? I'm not saying anything is good or bad. All I've ever said is that a book is a business. It has costs. Stiffs are known and are business costs. There's a reason they give "credit" and one of the reasons is because their edge is already very high.

Krackles with best advice
Roughing people up just ruins you and your 100% done and in jail
I think now enforcers do not exist as much

Tell your "friend" to man up and pay the "5k"
What I really mean is its time for you to pay the bookie his $5 JJ! Do the right thing here...
