Kentucky beat Duke in Chicago and almost beat KU in Lawrence, while IU lost by 20 at Duke and 19 at State. However, Kentucky did have some ugly blow out road losses to bad teams like UCLA, LSU, and Vandy.

Kentucky better defense and NBA length, IU better shooters and fundamentals.
