#6Loved it. Really well put together. Thoughts.......
- Never knew how un-southern Duke was. Thought that part was neat.
- We all thought they were guilty, including me who watched almost no further media coverage on it. Why? Because those kids are d-bags, and even at Cornhole State, those kids get away with everything. They were wronged, but they're not a bunch of Bambis.
- Crystal Mangum was in COLLEGE at NCC? Those schools will let anybody in.
- Never said what happened to the coach or president. Too lazy to look it up. Wish they would have tied that one up in a nice bow for us.
- I liked what the captain said about how scary it must be for people who don't have the resources they do (tons of money) when the law is blindly gunning for them. Yeah, pretty fukking scary.
- I want those lawyers. My lawyer couldn't have done that on her best day.Comment -

#9Corruption at it`s finest. I believe the police officer committed suicide -
one less piece of shit on earth. NOT because he was an officer of the law,
but because he was a piece of shit.Comment -

#13Another great 30 for 30.
Crazy, I thought they had did it still until watching. Never really remember hearing this side of the story from the media. Nameless and faceless though really, but still looked down upon Duke. Glad they got their side of it out to everyone.Comment -

#16Another great one. Shows the danger of prejudice and reacting before you know the facts. A big problem in today's society. Something happens, people make up their minds, then the social justice warriors wrap their own selfish cause around the issue. This case was particularly sinister as the D.A. had the entire state behind him as well as public opinion in order to sacrifice these kids so he could win an election. Some evil shit.
I thought they could have tied up the conclusion a little better. The 3 Duke players who were exonerated sued the city of Durham and the final settlement was a one time $50,000 grant to the North Carolina Innocence Inquiry Commission. Pretty cool. Hopefully, they sued some of the newspaper outlets as well. Funny how the media can print and report lies for a year, then print a simple retraction or an apology and it's all good. Everyone remembers the uproar and the constant coverage...nobody remembers the ending. Ask 100 people about the Duke Lacrosse team scandal and I'd be surprised if 10 could tell you how the case ended accurately.Comment -

This jon stewart daily show skit of how pathetic and rotten the media coverage and all those protests were is hilarious. nancy grace at around 2:35-2:55 mark lol.
