Trouble with 5Dimes.eu while using OS X El Capitan!
Hello, I have a trouble while I want to using 5Dimes.eu Live Betting Ultra and Extra. The both of pages do not load! So I decide to use propbet.com (The other mirror of 5dimes.eu). But this time ,the pages load and I see them then I place my choice but I can not open the bet slip in the Live Betting Ultra. There is no problem with Live Betting Extra. I use Mac Os X El Capitan. I try all ways to solve this problem. I chat with the customer service repeatedly this issue but my problem continues. I try Safari, Opera, Chrome, Mozilla etc. as a web browser but the result is the same. Is there anyone has the same problem with me?

Did they tell you, that they support this version of OS X?

Just because you've decided to go El Capitan in January, doesn't mean that the rest of the sites did the same -- computer/internet world doesn't work that way.

Read on their site what OS(s) they support first...and if El Capitan is listed there, then start hollering at 5 Dimes.

Yes, I asked it. They said that they didn't take a problem or feedback like this. But I think that there will be people have a problem like me.

looks like Apple is automatically blocking Flash on machines with El Capitan OS X, if you don't have the latest version of Flash installed on your machine....try to update your Flash and see if it fixes the problem.

Do you think there is any chance it is blocking older version flash code on websites no matter what version is on the user device?

Not it doesn't work like that. Apple only blocks the flash on your local box.

What happens when you use Chrome browser? Same thing?

Unfortunately there is very little I can do for you without physically seeing your machine.

                  Try this:
                  1. Update your OS X with all the latest patches.
                  2. Completely uninstall Flash from your machine by using this - (Download and run it on your Mac http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get...player_osx.dmg)
                  3. Clear you browser state (clean temp files), restart your machine and then reinstall Flash https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

                  Good luck.

Also, it looks like JAVA doesn't come preinstalled with El Capitan...so that might be another piece of the puzzle that you're missing. 5Dimes live betting menu utilizes JAVA and if you don't have it installed your box, you will have problems accessing their live betting pages.

Here is the article that talks about it...it also explains to you how to get JAVA on your MAC.

Some Mac users require installing Java in OS X El Capitan, perhaps for compatibility with a particular web site or application, or because they’re a java developer. But Apple has becoming inc…

The result is the same with chrome but when I was use propbet.com (mirror website of 5dimes) there is no problem with live betting extra, for live betting ultra I see the props, I choice the my bet but I can not open the bet slip so I can not place my wager.

                        I will try your suggestion.

                        Thanks.

I had someone check both sites for me on El Capitan and it's working as expected.
Try reinstalling Flash and see how it goes.

If that doesn't work and you really want to stay on El Capitan OS, the next step would be to try too install either Parallels or VMWare on your MAC. Within either one of those two programs, you can create a Windows environment on your Macbook. From that Windows environment you can launch websites just like you would normally do on Windows machines.

It sounds complicated, but it's a pretty straight forward process.

Give it a shot, if nothing else works.

This may seem very simple, and quite an older problem, but just by chance, check if you zoom out on your browser's page if it shows up. This was my problem using Chrome, I could see when I clicked a play to make a wager on I would see the whole list of wagers "try" and shift over to the left like they were making room for something on the right and I just kept getting frustrated not seeing the bet slip. Finally it dawned on me, maybe I wasn't seeing the entire page. Sure enough when I zoomed out to I think 80%, I could see the bet slip and make my wagers on the Ultra page. Thought I might try and help even if you have moved on.
