This comparison shit is seriously out of hand. We are just now, in Kobe's last year, at the point where we can finally compare Kobe's career to Jordan's. Why bother comparing careers when one is in progress and one is over?

If you rated Jordan based on his first 6 years in the league is he the GOAT? No. He hadn't even won a championship yet.

Jordan > Curry overall but Curry is more amazing. We've seen guys Jordan's size dominate like Kobe, Westbrook, and Oscar Robertson if you look at the games history but is Curry even 6'2"? If he stays at this pace then he'll be the greatest shooter in NBA history and its not even close? He's doing things that you and your kids (and their kids) will prob never see again! The kid hits half court shots every other night....its insane? My Pacers were in GS about a month ago and Curry hit a 60 footer about a second after the 1st quarter buzzer went off. Time ran out....ok he decided he'd just do it again and hit another half court'er that beat the buzzer later on. He's insane....like guys that have a career shooting night but he's like that 70% of the time?

Let's give it a few more years, and see if Curry wins more rings.

Jordan, who's won 6 rings, was dominant on all ends of the floor. Curry might be the most exciting player. Like a defensive NFL player, people don't get as excited about defense and basic mechanics. People love watching flashy QBs + WRs, as well as epic 3-point shots.

Ratings for the Warriors are sky-high, a team that previously didn't win anything for decades. This team is fun, fast-paced, and record breaking.

Jordan played defense.
Curry picks and chooses when he wants to guard someone. Granted, the Warriors defense has been improving more and more, but he still takes half of the plays off.
Other than range, Jordan dominates in every category.
Curry is currently the best player on the planet, but will never be better than Jordan was.

Also, I expect someone to knock the shit out of Curry very soon. This is where the NBA is just a horrific product.
They are all pussies and just jerk each other off before/after games.

You think Jordan woulda watched Curry pop off 12-16 3's without getting the shit knocked out of him a couple times?

What would Bill Lambeer/Rodman/ Isiah do if they watched Curry do that and then watch Lebron gargle his balls on twitter afterwards?

The NBA is purely the most horrific sport to watch currently.

Did you even watch basketball when Bryant scored 50 4 games in a row? Can't even imagine what would happen ESPN if Curry did that 4 games in a row. yeah. he's not undersized at all though imo. 6'3, long as hell, long ass arms. He's actually one of the bigger pgs in the nba bro.

But yeah, Curry is probably the most skilled player in the history of the nba. just pure skill. doesn't have anywhere near the athleticism as a westbrook, but his dedication to his craft, with his dribbling and shooting, the way he puts english on his layups....it's really amazing what he can do.
