Just lift weights for 7 years and in that time you'll become a tank naturally, then quit for next 10 years before heading back to gym and having your muscle memory reactivate itself.

But if your really serious flip them theres 3 things you gotta do and in order of most important 1st they are SLEEP, EAT, TRAIN...

Sleep most important of the three bro if you ever plan on getting serious about serious muscke gainage...

No such thing as quick and easy gains when done naturally flip...
