Long story short (well, relatively speaking) the f'n dyke elected herself foreman of the jury, and told the rest of them in typical bulldozer bulldyke fashion that "if this guy's [my client's] agreement ain't in writing, it ain't enforceable." Browbeat seven others into goin with her idea, despite the fact that sec. 20 of the Texas Real Estate Licensing Act expressly authorizes a co-broker's commission agreement to be oral, which is what we were suing on...... (initial vote before they even read the instructions was 9-3 in my client's favor; she turned seven against me)
Only f'n jury trial I've ever lost..... two of the jury holdouts (tex civ ct requires only a 10-2 verdict in civil cases), one a doctor, said he'd never fathomed there could be such gross f'n jury misconduct, to directly ignore the jury instructions given to them by the court, and then to "ronda f'n rousey" weaker jurors to go with her vote so she could make it home for the 5:00 pm Friday evening carpet munching.....
And yes, I'm still fukkin' bitter about it, 12 years later...... f'n dykes

Anyone that loses their championship probably feels those kinds of tendencies. IMO she is using that angle for attention and sympathy for her years of acting like and asshole.
