JJ, I think that is a capital idea! We all need workout tips and this young fella Jeff looks like he would be a real inspiration to all of us who have let ourselves go here at SBR. Videos like the one you posted of Jeff would be helpful but I think we need less clothes so we can truly appreciate the muscles he is working in order to allow us to isolate and tone those particular areas.

I would like to contribute and I have been corresponding with another fitness buff named Sage. If we could get Sage and Jeff together to workout together and do a little rasslin in say a big tub of oil just for kicks that would be fun. Sage is below and I think with your connections with Jeff and mine with Sage we could make this happen....for the sake of fitness of course.
