3 weeks ago I was pounding the table to take Spieth to win in Abu Dhabi (that was 2 weeks after he kicked ass in Hawaii winning The Tournament of Champions), I got my ass kicked as he came in 5th. Since then he played the following week in Singapore, coming in 2nd. He has blamed his recent poor form on being tired from the long travel, and says that he will never do that again. He took last week off.
I think the only way to play him this week is to lay off betting him, and hope the jet lag hasn't worn off, and he has another unSpiethlike performance. And then pound him at the Northern Trust the following week. The kid is amazing, and human after all.
