A group of us won $14k on a Super Bowl board. The square cost $1,000. The board pays 100% of what it takes in, so the guy running it does it for free. We feel like we should give him a tip, but we have no idea how much. Thoughts?
How much do you tip a guy who runs a Super Bowl board when you win?

#7500 dollars is good. That is a minimum of 100 dollars and hour for his/her time and effort to put the pool together. I won a 1200 survivor pool and I gave 20 dollars for a lunch/dinner on me.Comment -

#14Tip them? Most of the sleazeballs that I've played with already took out their cut for running it.
Then they give their friends the better numbers. I played in one this year for $25 a square and go figure the guy running it won the halftime score.
I ran $50 square Superbowl polls back in the late 90's to mid 2000's and no one ever tipped me shit. And mine always paid out exactly what they were supposed to and I flipped the random numbers(with cards) in front of a large group of people.Comment -

#23I know, the ones I ran had regular scores and flip scores for each quarter along with different numbers for each person for each quarter(so you didn't get fukked with 8 and 8 for the entire game). I was just wondering what else got paid out since $100,000 is a lot of money.Originally posted by BigDaddynot all pools pay just 4qtr winners

#28Rudy and Mike, please apply a couple of Dr. Phil avatars to your handles. You guys need to stop this foolishness and find the inner peacefulness that resides within.
