It only affects you WHEN GOING FROM LOW TO HIGH ALTITUDE. Less oxygen, body needs time to increase number and concentration of red blood cells. It takes time to adapt, hence prolly part of why raptors laid a huge egg in Denver last night.

I highly suggest you abandon this completely false notion as part of your handicapping strategy. If anything it would be the complete opposite. but it takes time for the body to change physically for these benefits unless you stayed at altitude for a week or more. So changes in altitude are not likely to affect this game in the least bit.
