People literally go to wal-mart as a pastime in my hometown. There's one normal person bar and about 20 dive bars. Also known for it's used car lots and it was on msnbc about it's heroin problem when I was in hs. A town of 8k having it's own heroin special. It could not be worse.

That Walmart thing is pretty much every small rural town... I think without redbox, direct tv and Netflix/Amazon prime I might have killed myself. No idea how people could live in towns like that pre Internet.
