It's more than obvious the university covered this crime up and have covered up numerous other sexual assaults comitted by FSU football players. I'm sure the girl wanted to have to leave school and be labeled as a money hungry whore for 250k

Not saying that the police department didn't botch the investigation...but the girl has quite a few well documented credibility problems. Her story never held water.

...and while the school pays out 950k... supposedly 700k to her lawyers (what a joke)... they shot for the moon. she'll end up with more than 250k before it's all said and done.

Usually in a rape case the woman can recall the story pretty vividly as it is obviously not a good experience for anyone to go through. So it is hard to believe that this woman had to change her story numerous times to fit, first she can't remember because she was drugged, then when that was determined to be false then all of a sudden she can remember again. So on and so on until the story get to the point of where her and her lawyer have a case. When you start with one story and end up with a completely different one it's not hard to see what is going on.

The biggest issue with the criminal justice system - innocent until proven guilty - 5th amendment rights - it is not possible to 100% determine if plaintiffs-witnesses-defendants are telling the truth. Makes it such a guessing game.
