i can't imagine a better way to kill ratings than to let this ego hog get back in the picture. This asshole is prolly gonna break Flairs record. when he made himself the focal point years ago the company tanked and here we go again. By the way Kraken nice job. I hated this Rumble. If you are going to have all the Wyatts come in and eliminate Lesnar, why don't they just do everyone else and give Bray the title? Then after that chaos, you let Reigns back in after a long rest. Of course, had to have the chaos of him being attacked before that. Then you have Miz outside the ring commentating like Vince did over a decade ago. Also, did anyone else notice that Reigns, Styles, and whoever else might be in the ring, just sat there when the next wrestler came to the ring. No in ring fighting at all until Kane came in, then there was more action. Everyone in the crowd chanting Styles' name, but in traditional WWE fashion, the new guy coming from one of the "rival" promotions had to show his jobbing skills through most of the match. Crowd cheered heavily when HHH came, but that was only because it was better to do him than Reigns. Very lazily planned Rumble this year.

I would say at least half of the time, 5 or 6 guys were just sitting in corners while two guys went head to head in the middle of the ring for a minute, next guy down, one out, rinse and repeat

It was almost like, "We've already lost Cena, Orton, Bryan, and Rollins. sit in the corners and lay low because we can't afford to lose anyone else." Oh yeah. That New Day save pissed me off too. Just another way of leaving the Royal Rumble rules and structure to try and get a quick laugh.

There is no problem with that match if regins didnt have to defend his belt in the rumble. He had momentum after his attack on hhh and his title win. Hhh should have won and gone to wm as the challenger.
