You can smell it coming a mile away. They are in the NFL's crosshairs and basically have to face 2 opponents in this one---Denver and the refs. Late flags will fly if New England makes a big play. Guaranteed. Their only hope is to blow the Broncos out. They will lose if the game stays close. There is absolutely no way that Vince MacMahon.....er, Roger Goodell and the NFL headquarters want to see the Pats in Santa Clara. And it's a damn shame too because we all know that the Broncos are simply not that good and will get destroyed in the Super Bowl by either NFC team.

#24Don't forget the Patriots are at war with the NFL, if they choose to play along, then Denver will win. But what if by chance a certain man and coach decide that they aren't going to play this little game. What player has proved us wrong time and time again. What person took Roger Goodell and his lawyers to court and kicked their ass? Tom Brady may just take the script and rip it up and shove it right up Vegas' ass-whole. Don't put it past Ole Bill to do the same. It may not matter who is supposed to win this game when you have this legend on the field......after all.. what would Michael Jordan do?? #28Love how all these fools just base it on Pats will lose cause most tickets betting on them
Yes indeed I agree sports is a business 1st and foremost , Vegas does play a role. Still though networks have their power and needs as well after all they are essentially Nfl owners bosses just a fact lol. We've seen this movie many times before if Pats win by 3 or less then Vegas does not get hit "too hard" and certainly nothing they cannot bounce back from in a day or so even in a worst case scenario. Don't make the mistake going into this just fading the public it's not the spot certainly for that.
And if your angle is the scandal and that fukking pos Goodell wants payback how did Seattle lose last SB to Pats while up dd's well into the 2h???Comment -

The 90% you are quoting does not refer to the amount of money, but rather 90% of the total number of wagers. If 90% of the money were on the pats, the line would have moved the other way. I have the open at -3 -120 and the current line is -3 -110....which means there is more money on Denver. So if there is a greater number of wagers on the pats, but MORE MONEY on Denver, what do you think that means?Comment -
