I read somewhere that Bills Players needed extra motivation to perform. According to the onion, top 3 players of each game can have 1 hour 1 one 1 session with this assistant coach in the locker room. The top 3 players can choose to do the sessions together if they wish by combining their 1 hours to get extra time. For example, if two of the 3 players choose to do their session together, then can both spend 2 hours with her. According to sources anything goes in the session and everything is dictated by the player.

I think all nfl head coaches should learn from the billls and follow the strategy. You will be amazed how many of these stupid young nfl players spend time chasing girls or investing time to chase girls (via texting, parties, booze etc) instead of focusing on the game. Now they will invest their time to become the top 3 player of the game instead.

Most of these players are black. What more motivation would they need than having their own white gal slave for 1 hour!
