Hillary is not going to be president. I think Democrats are slowly realizing this.

Biden kicking himself for not running, not exactly gone yet. Bloomberg waiting for Hillary to crap out. Kerry probably wants to stay viable too.

If/when Sanders starts beating Hillary, some of these names will re-enter.
