That said I think Coughlin will be best suited like Chip to a middle of the pack team potentially on the rise and not a bottom feeder rebuilder like the 49ers as some sources linked him too.Comment -

I have the utmost respect for Coughlin. He appears to be a great man. And he's clearly been a great coach.

it's funny because everybody said the same thing about Andy Reid when he left Philadelphia...how he was washed up, he bad he sucked, and how the Eagle players were tuning him out, etc, etc...and now look how he's turned around KC and what a big difference he has made in the last two years he's been there...sometimes you need a breather and a fresh start....this just might be a good move for both the eagles and Coughlin...I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'...

It's the NFC East, which is easily the worst division in the NFC. The big problem I see here is Coughlin taking a team geared for an offense that he does not run. Now he would have to rebuild and at age 70, I do not know if he wants to do that.Comment -
