Well, not unusual, but waiting for an agent to answer on chat is not like..."will be there shortly" as they say. Oh, there's one person ahead of me. Been 25 minutes and holding. They have no ring to their phone either, or, they aren't answering? What say about these folks my fellow gamblers?
