NFC playoffs ramifications of final game GB/MIN
Does anybody know is Seattle locked into the #6 seed no matter what and winner of GB/MIN is locked into #3 seed and loser goes to Washington as #5 seed or can anything else change about that depending on the game tonight?

Nvm I figured it out. If GB wins, they host MIN @ home next week in a rematch. If MIN wins they host SEA next week and GB plays @ WAS. That was hard to figure out, you'd think that sites like ESPN would have an NFL playoff page like they do with MLB playoffs, NBA and NHL. If there is one, I couldn't find it.

Seattle would be a #6 only if Minnesota wins. If Green Bay wins, Seattle is #5, Minnesota #6.

Interesting if Green Bay wins tonight, they'll get Minnesota a 3rd straight time. (Having beat them twice already), hard to beat a team 3 times in one year

Don't know the exact numbers but in NFL history when that situation arises, more often than not the team that won the first two also wins the third.

Not until result of this game is known.

Strange that both AFC games are on Saturday and both NFC games are on Sunday. In the past, it has always been one game from each conference each day. Then again, that probably does not matter as much now since the four games are on four different networks.

It better that way. Equal rest.

Agreed. League was unable to do this when all AFC games were on CBS and all NFC were on FOX. Now they can.

Did I hear correctly that one of the games is on ABC this year? It's been awhile since they aired a football game IIRC. Like Greatest Show on Turf Rams era while. That's the last one I can vividly remember being on ABC was that Rams/Titans SB.
