Jared Goff Or Paxton Lynch?

Both are going to the NFL Draft. I would take Goff. He's improved a little more each year for his 3 years in California, and seems more NFL ready than Lynch. Lynch looks like a project to me. Texans would have to trade up to the Top 5 to take Goff, I would think.
