I agree that Grigson is the real problem, but Pagano should have realized the problems he was facing and accept the deal and let Grigson take the blame for the personnel issues.

I'm in Indy and they're saying that the coaches are pointing out how much pain Luck was in with a broken rib and was taking painkillers and Grigson covered it up which violates the NFL injury reporting rules. They're trying to take Grigson down with them. I don't think Pagano is a very good coach but Grigson is a total prick. He won't talk to the media here so it makes Pagano have to make all the excuses?
